The Dublin Story Slam is an open mic competitive storytelling night hosted monthly by comedian, author and broadcaster, Colm O’Regan.

In the past 5 years thousands of listeners have attended sold out nights in Dublin’s Sugar Club and listened to a monthly podcast to hear powerful, compelling and unforgettable stories told by ordinary Dubliners with extraordinary experiences.

Now, eight of these Story Slam winners from the last year will come together to share eight brand new stories and compete for the title of Grand Slam Champion 2019.

The theme for the evening is The Decision. It will feature remarkable personal true stories inspired by a single decision that has gone on to shape the lives of our storytellers.
