NOTES: Monday to Saturday evening performances for seventeen weeks (except for Tuesday 5th, Thursday 7th, Saturday 9th August, Saturday 4th, Saturday 11th and Sunday 19th October 1952.) The plays which were performed on these nights were "The Whiteheaded Boy", "The Playboy of the Western World" and "Ag Baint Lae As". It is noted in the programme for the week, 27th October, 1952, that the death of Mr. U.Wright had occurred. He had worked as an actor, electrician and stage manager at the Abbey Theatre for nearly fifty years.
