Barry began his career in casting in 2007 when he became Casting Assistant at the Abbey Theatre. Since then, he has worked on a variety of Irish stage and screen productions, working on productions for Druid Theatre Company, the Gaiety Theatre, RTÉ, ABC Studios, BBC Television, Netflix and Element Pictures. Barry studied English & Classics at NUI Galway and also holds an MA Digital Media from the Huston School of Film & Digital Media, NUI Galway. He is also an active member of the Casting Directors Guild of Great Britain & Ireland.
